About LARAMEC Superalloy Machining
Who we are
High-Precision CNC Machining for Superalloys, Aerospace & R&D. Since 1995, Laramec has specialized in transforming extreme materials into high-precision components where zero-error tolerance is mandatory. We are a specialized workshop, an active member of the regional AIR network (Aerospace Innovation and Research), and currently in the process of obtaining EN9100 Aerospace certification. Our Core Focus are: Prototyping & Single Parts: we focus exclusively on single components, R&D prototypes, and small, high-value batches. We do not engage in mass production, allowing us to grant maximum attention to every single detail. Exclusively Extreme Materials: deep, dedicated expertise in machining high-complexity superalloys: Inconel (625, 718..), Waspaloy, Titanium (Gr2, Gr5..), Hastelloy (C-22, C-276..), super-austenitic stainless steels and niobium. Stellite Specialization: management of Stellite components, including high-precision machining of Stellite cladding Confidentiality & NDA: due to the high-value nature of our projects, we strictly respect industrial secrecy. We do not publish photos of sensitive components. We are fully prepared to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) before reviewing technical drawings or STEP files. Quality Control & Inspection: Internal: 100% dimensional inspection performed internally using calibrated manual instruments, with internal reporting available. External CMM: Upon specific customer request, full 3D CMM dimensional inspection and certification are outsourced to a specialized, certified partner laboratory.
