Company description

Chemical Machining SpA manufactures components by chemical photo section and laser micro cutting Founded in 1970, CM is one of the pioneers in the market of chemical etching and has become established and maintained by steady growth and quality improvement as the market leader in Italy. Practice Areas • Electronic and Electrical Components • Medical • Telecommunications • Automotive • Optical Industry • Fashion Industry • Seals • 0-series and prototypes Product Portfolio • EMC components • SMT STENCIL films • SMT STENCIL complete screen frame • Electrical Connectors • Model • Filter • Design elements And much more! Advantages of the photochemical etching • Production of components of a sheet thickness possible between 0.01mm to 2mm. • It can convert almost all metals processed will. • Complex contours at no extra charge. • The complexity of a component is independent of the process time (production time). This is only by the material thickness influenced (cost neutral even for complex contours). • The components do not have a degree. • There is no distortion due to thermal Action. • No tooling costs and fast Delivery of the components. Product Specific • By half-etched fold lines can flat sheets into three-dimensional components be bent. • The number of holes, holes, or breakthroughs has no influence on the process time. • The body edge differs from a punching / cutting edge. • The etching process is taking place simultaneously on two component pages instead. Flat sheets can be bent by half-etched fold lines to three-dimensional components.
