Who we are
Lav.in Lav.in is one of the most structured metal structures in its field (currently it has more than 140 employees and insists on a covered area of over 13,000 square meters, with the possibility of making a warehouse); It is well equipped. Inside, in addition to 4 laser cuts, 1 punching machine, 16 bending machines, 3 calenders, separate welding departments between stainless steel and ferrous materials with 12 workstations, department with assembly line, satin finishing department and polishing, there are also 1 combined laser cutting-punching machine, 2 fiber laser cutting (cheaper up to 50% compared to traditional cuts laser), 1 automatic panel bender, 1 semi-automatic and 1 automatic 4-roll cnc calender. We supply the product including surface treatments. In addition, we have 2 trucks and 2 vans to make deliveries and optimize them times. Our production is mainly oriented to the realization of pre-assembled and assembled for the sectors: naval, furnishing, professional, medical and stoves. Furthermore, we make kitchen hoods and professional ovens; Lav.in is very flexible and reactive both in estimating and in production, guaranteeing very quick deliveries: it is very competitive in terms of prices, thanks also to a photovoltaic system of over 600 kW of power with which Lav.inè is self-sufficient from the point of energy view; Lav.in is certified ISO 9001: 2015; It is OHSAS 18000 certified.
