About LB Produktion GmbH & Co. KG
Who we are
We are a contract manufacturer with 84 employees, located in Trier (close to Luxembourg). Our capabilities are: - Precise machining of work pieces with a weight of up to 46 t - Assembly (mechanic, electric, pneumatic) of components or complete machines with crane capabilities of up to 98 t and height of 14 m. Our machining centres have a travelling axis in x of up to 6000 mm, in y up to 3000 mm and take pieces with up to 46 t. Our turning machines take pieces with a diameter of up to 1620 mm and 8000 mm length. Under contract of our customers, we manufacture according to their drawings pieces of various sizes and applications. Gear box housings for various well known gear suppliers, hydraulic presses for the ceramics industry, roller presses for the cement- and mining industry, water turbines, handling units for the foundry industry, hydraulic units etc. cover the range of our possibilities. A welding shop within our factory building can manufacture the required welding components.
