About LBC LaserBearbeitungsCenter GmbH

Who we are

The LBC LaserBearbeitungsCenter GmbH was founded in October 2002. LBC is an innovative service for different customer groups. The core competencies are laser generation, and laser sintering, based on metallic materials and the 3D laser engraving. These two technologies provide our customers with an enormous savings potential. Manufacturing costs and production time can be substantially reduced. LBC is a pioneering first for the generative production of contour-tempered tools. Since 2004, we successfully implement customer-specific tasks by laser generation. Through significant cycle time reduction, with simultaneous optimization of part quality and process control capability of numerous tools for plastic injection molding and metal die-casting could be successfully implemented in more than 5 years. An essential prerequisite is always to be on the cutting edge of technology. We achieve this through the constant contact with universities and machine manufacturers. Before the production of custom components LBC puts a strong emphasis on a detailed, project-specific advice to customers. Only such a perfect implementation of this technology is to be implemented in the market.
