Who we are
We are a team of 12 employees from the Fichtelgebirge region, near the Czech border. Our focus lies in the manufacturing of welded assemblies, including turning and milling operations, particularly for custom-made parts and small batch production. Thanks to our location and good connectivity to the Czech Republic, we can offer manufacturing services economically and flexibly. At the same time, we place great importance on personal and uncomplicated cooperation with our customers. Your strong partner for your extended workbench Manufacturing Competence & Capacities • Flexible manufacturing – Tailored production of precise individual parts up to small batch quantities. • Laser cutting – Large-format sheet metal processing on machines with dimensions up to 2 x 4 meters. • Bending & Forming – Precise processing of bent parts up to a length of 4 meters. • Milling – Chip-removing machining of components within a working area of up to 650 x 1400 mm. • Turning – Manufacturing of rotationally symmetrical components with a diameter of up to 400 mm. • Welding – Production of complex welded assemblies for heavy machinery, with a total weight of up to 5 tons. Engineering & Full-Service • Design & Development – Competent support and technical design already during the planning phase. • Heat Treatment – Quality improvement through in-house stress-relief annealing and hardening of components. • Surface Technology – Optimal protection and finish through galvanizing, painting, and powder coating. • Logistics – Professional packaging and reliable logistics processing from a single source.
