We speak perfect German. The company was founded in 1997 by registration in the commercial register at the District Trade Court in Ostrava. The company started its activities in the rented premises (740 m2 hall) in HD Hlučín. These premises were mainly used as a warehouse and then as an assembly hall, where 2-5 fitters worked. Over time and with increasing sales, 5 more fitters were hired in 1998 and assembly began in a 2-shift operation. Back then, the largest supplier of semi-finished products was a company that had already ordered more than 80% of its production for Lena. This was the impetus for Lena's foreign partner to buy or build their own warehouses. This plan was implemented in December 1998 when the company moved to a building in Ludgerovice (3,500 m2 built area + approximately 25,000 m2 open space), Where, following an extensive reconstruction of the buildings (infrastructure, structural changes, repairs of existing pipes and canals, purchase of new production facilities, etc.), Lena produced in her own injection molding shop from September 1, 1999. Production is carried out in 3-4 shifts and assembly in 2 shifts. The number of employees has stabilized at 50 permanent employees and around 40 external employees. In 2005, the production plant in Roth, Germany, was closed and the entire toy production relocated to the Czech Republic. Over time, the built warehouses and the entire premises in Ludgeřovice became inadequate and inadequate for the current production and needs of the Lena company, so that in June 2009 the construction of a new building (5000m2 built area) was started in Dolní Benešov, where the Lena company began to produce and ship from 11.11.2009.
