Who we are
LEONIDIS Tools & Plastics is a Greek manufacturing company established in 1978, specializing in the development and production of custom extruded plastic profiles and injection-moulded components for industrial applications. Our key strength is our vertically integrated production process. From the initial customer drawing and material selection to the in-house design and manufacture of extrusion tooling, trials, adjustments and serial production, the entire development process is managed within our own facilities. This enables faster product development, greater flexibility and direct technical support throughout each project. We process a wide range of thermoplastic materials, including PVC, PP, PE, PC, PMMA, ABS, PS and PA, depending on the technical requirements of each application. Our capabilities also include cutting, punching and other secondary operations, allowing us to supply ready-to-use components according to customer specifications. We serve customers across a variety of industries, including professional refrigeration, retail and shelving systems, furniture, lighting and LED applications, construction, shading systems, hydroponics and other industrial applications. Operating from our 1,500 m² production facility in Greece, and supported by our own toolroom, CNC machining capabilities and ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, we focus on reliable European manufacturing, consistent quality and long-term B2B partnerships.
