To verify the quality of the parts, we use digital calipers, external and internal micrometers, micrometers and thread gauges, dial indicator with magnetic support, thus ensuring precision and constant dimensional control. Our team is made up of experienced personnel as CNC operators and knowledge of CAM and CNC programming, capable of developing 2D/3D drawings and turning programs adapted to each job. We have manufactured parts in the tolerance classes: h8, h11, h12, d8, d11, f8, 6g, 6H. We process a wide range of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys, offering tight tolerances down to ±0.01 mm upon request. Our capabilities cover prototype production, small, medium, and large series, with a maximum part size of Ø381 mm diameter and 826 mm length.
