Who we are
Our core services: Metalworking Precision 3- and 5-axis CNC machining, electrical discharge machining, and conventional machining. The company manufactures parts based on 2D and 3D CAD drawings prepared by LP Technik, as well as documentation provided by the client. We provide machining services using CNC machines and conventional machines. The company handles individual orders – often prototypes – as well as mass production. Desing and production of quality control gauges Production of individual parts according to 2D/3D documentation, assembly, and calibration of tools and gauges. Collaboration with service providers is established in many areas, for example, in tool production, subcontractors' services are also available for heat treatment of parts (hardening, nitriding, anodizing). Measurement Services The company provides CMM measurement services using a stationary HEXAGON machine with an accuracy of 1.2 microns and a mobile measuring device (the ROMER Absolute Arm). Design and Development Design of components and complete systems using the latest Siemens CAD/NX 3D design systems.
