Who we are
We are a company dedicated to CNC Machining (milling and turning). In order to meet our customer's needs we also offer various services such as Surface Treatments, Heat Treatment, Small welded constructions, and final quality control. We labor in the Metalworking area, producing parts, accessories, components and machined devices with the precision of Computer Numeric Control technology (CNC). We offer a excellence service combining a high level of knowledge, innovation and quality. Since it was founded, LTG Tech has been registering a very positive development, as the factors price, quality and deadline fulfillment played an essential role to improve and mantain customer's satisfaction level. The quality of the product is the main requisite for our Shopfloor. The focus on quality challenge us to produce better by minimizing the rework and reducing the production time. We believe that it's posible to produce a good part at first so we pursuit perfection through the continuous improvment of our processes and service. We have all the metrology equipment needed for dimensional checks, with a very wide range of equipment. Their calibration follows the requirements of the applicable standards, ensuring the verification periodicity defined in the calibration plan. Description of measuring equipment: Outside micrometers, inside micrometers, threaded gauges, pass / non-pass gauges, calipers, column and comparators and standard gauges. It is also possible to provide three-dimensional measurement reports on customer request.
