Who we are

You expect precision and imagination in the machining of metals? Then you are exactly right with us. We offer a variety of solutions for metal machining with lasers, for example, CNC cutting of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and copper. Our knowledgeable staff will be happy to help and advise you at any time. Your team at Laser Works Ltd! CNC laser cutting: high precision The Laser Works GmbH is since 1995 profiled partner for the precise machining of metallic materials. For customers of metal and mechanical engineering, plant construction, steel construction, shopfitting and exhibition stand construction manufactures and supplies LWR metal blanks and components of the highest quality. All made in our laser cutting parts are characterized by high manufacturing precision, high cut edge quality and bright metallic-sectional areas (in chrome-nickel steels) - costly post-processing such as deburring or sectional area cleansing can thus be eliminated. The company's quality management system is certified according to DIN ISO 9002. Our product range includes single part production and series production in unlimited quantities up to a edit box size of 3000 x 1500 mm. The machines can process sheet metal thicknesses of: structural steel and high-strength steel up to 20 mm, high-alloy stainless steels up to 15 mm, aluminum alloys up to 8 mm galvanized sheets to 3 mm to 3 mm brass and copper on request. Blank processing of profiles up to 100 mm height are also available on request. Working with LWR LASER WORKS means to have a powerful full-service provider of a wide range of editing options. Our expertise lies in the following areas: conventional metal construction, welding work as TIG, MMA welding and oxyacetylene welding, cutting processing through water-cooled fine cuts and manufacture of milling and combustion parts. Core and specialty of our range is the use of laser technology. The CNC laser cutting offers in the field of metalworking invaluable benefits, because with minimal heat input is an extremely narrow cutting gap for mild steel and high-alloy steels, aluminum, brass, copper and plastics accessible. The reproducible precision (repeatability) is a guarantee of consistent and reliable precision and short processing times for large quantities. Very powerful programs in our home lead to the import of all graphic file formats and any fonts. The range of surface treatment by laser comprises the solid phase transformation, Laserumschmelzlegieren and laser cladding. Reliability in order processing is also very important in LWR LASER WORKS such as the production of specific products of the highest quality in a short time. Special order products are already shipped on the day after the order. Of these "just-in-time" - deliveries, the customer benefits, which is located in the pressure of ever shorter production processes. Catalog of services CNC laser cutting * Minimum heat supply * Narrow cutting gap * High repeatability * Structural steel, high alloy steels, ceramics, aluminum, brass, copper, plastic * Thicknesses up to 12 mm stainless steel, 15 mm mild steel * Generate any fonts * Import of all graphics - file formats Laser surface treatment * Solid phase transformation * Laserumschmelzlegieren * Laser cladding * Applications on components: Steel materials, titanium materials, bronze materials Everything from one source * Conventional metal * TIG...
