Who we are
The Mäckler GmbH has over 50 years a leading manufacturer of components for conveyor systems and of metalworking and metal processing. The company's focus is in the metal working and processing (subcontracting) all turning, milling and drilling parts. Large weldments to 10 tons are possible in the new production halls readily. In the field of conveyors for conveying and transporting sheets, scrap pieces, bulk, general cargo and similar materials. With an area of approximately 7,000 m² of two production facilities, one of about 900 m² and one of about 400 m², and a office building of approximately 200 sqm of commercial administration. With the development, design and manufacture a wide range of products qualified staff are employed by the company. We, the Mäckler GmbH, build, among other special designs, but also offer standardized solutions. Customized solutions are no challenges but everyday life for us. For you this means that you get at us with planning, design, manufacture and installation of machinery and equipment from one source. Plan on the basis of comprehensive data and information and we realize complete conveyor systems or expand existing plants. Intensive and continuous consultation throughout the project is self-evident for us. For our experienced teams it makes no difference whether it is manual, semi-or fully automated solutions. Because we manufacture the components of our systems almost exclusively myself, short delivery times are no special features but the standard for us. From the Mäckler GmbH, you can purchase all components such as roller conveyor, roller conveyor, belt conveyors, belt conveyors, chain conveyors, corner conveyor, Z-conveyor, round belts conveyors, slat conveyor, etc.. Of course, we supply the necessary spare parts such as bearing rollers, spherical rollers, castors etc.. The company supplies mainly the German and European market. Among the industries include: Automobile as well as their suppliers, the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry, Metal, plastic and steel industry and the consumer goods industry. We see it as our task to develop and produce to ensure the highest possible quality at affordable prices, with high productivity and especially longevity with clients machines and equipment.
