Who we are
We offer high-precision production parts (large and small quantities) devices as well as complete assemblies in the field of contract manufacturing. Modern CNC machines enable the production of complex machined parts and turned parts. We mill on 8 machining centers with 3 - to 5-axis. All CNC machines are networked with our Esprit - Programming Station. Here not only programs can be created, but also programs and drawings are processed for our customers. We are a system supplier, that is, our services include: * Material procurement * Mechanical production * All surface and heat treatments * Mounting * Functional testing (including measurement protocols) * Creating FAI or ISIR incl 3D Measurement Products Rotary parts with a diameter 3-250 mm, up to a length of 300 mm Milled parts up to max. 800x450 mm Materials Are processed plastic, steel, cast iron, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals, copper, brass and aluminum. Program of delivery Manufacture and assembly of cutter sets for wood processing industry, production and installation of the electronics housing for the aviation industry, cast iron for the automotive industry, fixture, contract manufacturing. Heat treatment processes and surface coating continuous heat treatment processes such as carburizing, nitriding, among others, as well as the best known methods for surface coating such as chrome plating, galvanizing, painting, plastic coating, inter alia, Certified Quality We are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 company. Our quality management qualification, our employees, product quality and delivery reliability for our customers is ensured in the areas of aerospace, automotive and mechanical engineering.
