Marano Lamiere was founded in 1980 as an artisan company for the processing of sheet metal for industrial use. After 4 decades in which the company stood out and established itself in the area with high quality products, in 2019 the physiological generational change took place: Andrea Gatti and Massimiliano Canali, after having gained two decades of experience on the front line, took over the company . Thanks to targeted investments, new technologies and cutting-edge systems, they transform what was a family-run business into an SME with more than 30 active branches. In 2022 Marano Lamiere grows again by acquiring a new headquarters, developing production across 3 factories for a total of 4,000 m2 covered in the heart of Marano sul Panaro. Specialized in medium-light carpentry, it deals with sheet metal processing and tubular carpentry with laser cutting up to 30 mm 4×2 MT, bending up to 4 MT, CNC mechanical processing and separate welding departments for stainless steel, iron and aluminium. The company starts from the design on behalf of the customer, with 2D and 3D software, up to the delivery of the finished piece, managing all types of surface treatments. Specialized in the processing of stainless steel with excellent finishes such as satin, polishing or micro-peening, it can be considered a consolidated and strategic supplier for many companies in what is defined as the Packaging Valley.
