MARECT 3D | Industrial high-performance 3D printing Who we are We are your cross-sector industrial partner for additive series manufacturing and prototype development in Germany. Our focus is on the rapid and economical provision of non-safety-relevant components (Non-Critical Parts). Our philosophy: We make no compromises when it comes to stability. We completely dispense with standard plastics and manufacture exclusively with high-performance industrial plastics for maximum load capacity. ________________________________________ What industry is omitting — and what we're adding Traditional manufacturing processes and conventional 3D printing often reach limits in modern production environments. We are fundamentally changing the approach for non-critical parts: • What we omit: o Expensive warehousing: Stop stocking physical components thanks to digital on-demand manufacturing (digital inventory). o Supply chain dependency: No months-long waiting times for spare or special parts from overseas. o Unnecessary component weight: Avoid heavy metal parts where innovative plastics provide the same performance. o High tool costs: No expensive injection molds for small series or prototypes. • What we're adding: o Extreme material resistance: Maximum resistance to heat, UV radiation, chemicals and mechanical stress. o Functional integration: Direct embedding of channels, threads or holders in the printing process. o Immediate readiness for use: Delivery of ready-to-use, dimensionally accurate components within a few days. ________________________________________ Our material focus: pure high-performance plastics We do not produce illustrative models from simple plastic. Our production is completely designed for continuous industrial use. We only process: • Fiber-reinforced composites (e.g. ASA CF15, PETG-CF): For extreme mechanical stiffness and strength. • Engineering thermoplastics (e.g. ASA, polycarbonate): For uncompromising weather, impact and temperature resistance. • Special polymers: For maximum chemical resistance to oils, greases, fuels and cleaning agents. ________________________________________ Our target industries & application examples Thanks to our broad technological base, we flexibly serve the key industries of German SMEs: • Mechanical & plant engineering: Wear-resistant guides, custom-made gripper fingers, protective covers, sensor holders. • Automotive & Logistics: Ergonomic assembly aids, equipment, specific tool holders, small series parts. • Maritime economy: seawater and UV-resistant housings, cable outlets, durable ventilation grilles. • Device & apparatus construction: Functional housing prototypes, tailor-made mounting systems, control panels. ________________________________________
