We offer amongst other things the following services: - Thermal and galvanic treatments - Grind - Pre-assembly - Sectional cut - Assemblies and assembly We perform quantity planning with weekly deliveries. The company has been certified according to ISO 9001: 2008 since 2008. Our machine fleet consists of the following machines: - 5 STAR rotary lathes; - 4 turning machines DMG MORI-Sprint 42; - 12 turning machines BIGLIA Bi-Bi spindle turret and Y axis; - 2 lathe Mori Seiki bi-bi-spindle turret and Y-axis; - 2 forage loaders; - 1 Daewoo vertical machining center with pallet changer; - 1 Vertical Machining Center Haas with 4th axis. Measuring instruments: - Measuring machine VISION OPTICAL SCANNING; - three-dimensional measuring machine Mitutoyo; - roughness meters, instruments for measuring the heat; - profile projectors; - hardening agent; - Borematic etc. We provide process control. This can include: Process Control, CPK, PPAP. The company is focused on environmental sustainability with a photovoltaic system and various measures to reduce the impact on the environment.
