About Matess s.r.l.
Who we are
Our company has about 50 years’ experience on moulding injection system and plastic injection production.
In Matess we take care of the development and engineering of the product, following the evolution step-by-step together with the Customer from ideas development to final tests.
To dialogue and interact with our Customers engineering, we have the most advanced tools, Cad Cam and 3D systems: 2 stations Catia V5 and 1 station Cimatron E10, tool path management on WorkNC 19 and Cimatron, Rapid Prototyping and Mould Flow system.
Here at Matess special focus is providing to technological innovation. Software and machinery, always updated, allow us to create customized products according to specific customer requirements for the production of traditional (Aluminium or steel), sandwich, Gas, Bi-component or back injection moulds.
All ours raw materials are certified and of high quality.
Our machines park is composed by a wide range of injection moulding machines that can work from 120 to 1100t.
Inside we have an advanced test area, at the disposal of our customers.
Synergies of sophisticated machines, highly skilled staff and the relationship with customers and suppliers, ensure an efficient and qualified service.
