Our plastic processing We finished on a plant area of 3500 square meters in 3-shift operation thermoplastic injection molded parts from 1-4000 gram. Production takes place with a closing pressure of 35-750 t with 12 injection molding machines of the latest design. The maximum Aufspanngröße is 1000mm3 We manufacture parts for the Elekroindustrie, automotive and appliance industries on schedule, within 4-8 weeks after the written order. Our tool For you design and construct we manufacture tools using the latest CAD software (AutoCad Release 14) up to a weight of 2 tons in the company's own mold. The facilities of our mold making, among other things include surface grinding machines, CNC milling machines, EDM centers, lathes and other standard machines for metalworking. Our Service We offer delivery service for our customers with our own trucks.For logistics forklift available. For smaller batches, we offer installation service. Inserts are injected and pressed manually. We offer a Lagerfäche of approximately 1000 m2 in which the end products of our customers can be stored. In order to guarantee optimum time delivery, we have constantly kept in stock approximately 40 tons of pellets in different species. Quality checks are carried out continuously to the end products.
