We work with the CAD systems Odette, Catia V5, Tebis 3.3 Release 2, ERP and IGES. In Friedrichshafen, we produce at two locations: Major work Allmannsweiler Str 76: Model - Manufacture of injection, Tiehzieh and PU tools made of aluminum / epoxy and aluminum. --- - Programming 3 - and 5-axis CAD and CAM via Tebis 3.3. - 5 milling machines up to 5,000 x 3,000 travel. - Manufacture of view models in their own model. - Preparation of technical milled parts HSC Fidia with brilliant surface. - Laminating tools for glass and carbon fiber parts. - Own 3D Messmaschiene Stampings - Press tools manufactured in epoxy resin and aluminum with loose parts or Hydrauylikschiebern for Manufacture of textile wheel arch liners, overhead panels, ABC-pillar trim panels, inside door trim with decorated or textile surface and press parts with a thermoplastic matrix with carbon or glass fiber fabric. Injection - Driving-bird 170 and 400, Arburg Allrounder 22-1E/170R Specializing in small series with aluminum tools with loose parts or gate 2-component injection molded parts with Einfachstwerkzeuge anspritzen of common areas to existing injection molded parts prototype tools for pilot series materials, PA / GF, ABS / PC, ABS; PP/TV20; Santoprene.
