Production is carried out following our own Calculations and constructions as also according to customer drawings. We have the approvals HP0 / TRD 201 the small and the great proof of suitability according to DIN 18800-7 - DIN 18 808, the certificate Germanischer Lloyd, and our certification DIN EN ISO 9001: 2000 and DIN 6700-2. Furthermore, we have the certificates to non-destructive testing: * Level 2 penetrant testing (PT 2) * Magentpulverprüfung Level 2 (MT 2) * Leakage test (pressure, water) * Air pressure differential test Every step of our production expiration is by our quality assurance system monitored, allowing us to consistently ensure good quality for our customers. We manufacture: * Motor base frame * Welded structures for machine and equipment such as machine stand, Machine bases, press stand and parts, frames and parts for Production lines * Steel molds for casting machine beds and speaker stands and racks from mineral casting * Mobile container for strength and hazardous substances * Container for agriculture * Weldments generally We are ready for you: * 1 Boring (X = 5500mm, y = 2000mm, z = 846mm + Table = 417mm) * Several smaller machining centers * Round automatic welding machine for Containers up to 2500 mm dia. and 8000 mm length * Degreasing and painting of parts to 7000 mm length (Airless Electrostatic) Through the use of advanced computer and CAD technology is our documentation always on time.Flexible and immediately can so on the latest developments be engaged in planning activities Through continuous training and training dominate our employees dealing effortlessly with our equipment.
