Who we are
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen! The MB injection molding technology GmbH was founded in early 2003 by Michael Bechtel. The founder learned the trade of plastic shaper, has trained as a plastics engineer and has over 25 years of industry experience. We can offer you the production of high-quality plastic parts and their further assembly. Of course, we are also able in our own tool and with our strategic partners to manufacture tools for you. We manufacture for the following industries and areas: Automobile, tractor Construction machines and equipment, furniture, sanitary, sports equipment, electrical appliances, Electrical parts, washing machines, construction, pneumatic tube systems, medical devices and packaging. Is produced with the latest equipment of brands Demag, Engel and Krauss Maffei. Our machine park currently comprises 19 aircraft 25-2300 To clamping force and max. 20,000 gr shot weight. All machines are equipped with CNC robots. It will be processed by us almost all thermoplastics such as ASA, ABS, PA 6, PA 6.6, PC, PS, PP, PE, TPE, PVC, PMMA, PBT, PPO and flame retardant grades.
