Who we are
The MBT Herrous GmbH looks back on 18 years of development. You will find us in the heart of Swabia Lands in Schorndorf near Stuttgart in the Rems valley. With the move to Schorndorf in June 2011, the machinery was modernized again and logistics improved, so that now orders can be processed in a timely manner in large batches. We specialize in the production of sophisticated turning and milling parts: a small series from about 100 parts and medium series with lot sizes to 10,000 pieces. We supply you with both pure subcontracting as well as pre-finished turning and milling parts with heat treatment or coatings. Our customers include well-known companies in engineering, engine construction as well as the weapons and equipment technology and industry. Quality: Our measurement room is equipped on the current state of the art with all the usual measuring equipment. For high precision and complex parts, we are also equipped with a hand-held 3D measuring machine of etalon. Qualified Employees: Our qualified staff are a guarantee for an efficient and high quality production. At about 500 square meters of production space we manufacture on modern CNC machine precision parts. If required, our work in shift workers to do your orders in a timely manner! Düsenkörper
DescriptionDer Düsenkörper wird aus 1.2343 komplett auf einer Lynx220LMA gefertigt. Sämtliche Fräsarbeiten werden auf der Maschine durchgeführt. Nach der Zerspanungsarbeit wir das Teil gehärtet und angelassen sowie 3 Sitze fertig geschliffen.

Führungsbuchse
DescriptionDie Führungsbuchse wird aus C45 Präzisionsrohr gefertigt. Auf der abgewandten Seite wird auf der Maschine eine Querlochbohrung angebracht. Aufgrund der extremen Dünnwandigkeit des Bauteils sind nach dem drehen noch eine ganze Reihe Wärmebehandlungen und Schleifprozesse notwendig, welche unter unserer Regie durchgeführt werden.

Kameragehäuse
DescriptionDas Kameragehäuse (Rohrinspektionskamera) hat einen Außendurchmesser von 30 mm und wurde aus 1.4305 gefertigt. Das Gehäuse ist vollständig ausgebohrt und ausgedreht auf eine Wandstärke von 1mm. Teilelänge 60mm.

DescriptionVerwendung in Sondermaschinen. Präzisionsteile, welche nach dem Drehen und Bohren gehärtet und geschliffen werden.

Lagerbolzen aus Titan
DescriptionDer Lagerbolzen hat einen Durchmesser von 12 mm und ist aus Titan Grade 5 gefertigt. Es handelt sich um ein Präzisionsteil, welches ein gerolltes Gewinde M4 aufweist und einen Lagersitz in der Toleranzklasse 5.

DescriptionDer Präzisionsanschlag wird komplett in einer Aufspannung gefräst aus hochfestem Aluminium. Der Vierkantdurchbruch wird ebenfalls auf dem BAZ Lagegerecht eingebracht.

Schaftanschluss
DescriptionLagerbock für Hochleistungswebmaschine. Die Fertigung erfolgt auf Basis eines Schmiederohlings aus C45. Nach der Fertigbearbeitung wird das Teil gasnitriert.
