Who we are
Rotate: With our powerful CNC lathes we deal with any machinable materials. Equipped with driven tools and Y axis, we specialize in complete machining. Whether material from the bar or in the chuck, we turn from individual parts to large series. The quality control is integrated in our production process. With the CNC coordinate measuring machine we will check your parts in three dimensions. Milling: Small parts: In our small parts handling drill and mill the Polymechaniker all parts from a few millimeters in size. The modern CNC machines with horizontal and vertical machining centers enables us to accurately and inexpensive to manufacture. With a professional CAM system, we also program your most difficult parts. We will gladly take your geometry data and thus reduce programming costs. Major parts: In this segment, our specialists handle heavy weights up to eight tons and dimensions up to L 9000 mm, H 2800 and T 1300 mm.By consistently investing activities we have processing centers of the latest generation, which allows an extremely efficient production. With periodic laser measurements of machine tools, we guarantee high process reliability and thus qualitatively correct parts we deliver just-in-time in your assembly. Of central importance is our fixtures. The universal system, developed with sophisticated structures, allows us to tile your parts in a short time.
