Who we are
MECANICAS MOL-PRECI, S.A, has been designing and manufacturing for more than 30 years high quality precision moulds for thermoplastic and thermosetting materials injection and die casting moulds for aluminum and zamak. Our annual productive capacity is 95.000 hours and until now, we have manufactured more than 3.500 moulds. Our maximum size is up to 10.000 kg. With the following dimensions: 2m x 1m x 1m.
All these years have helped us to acquire experience, technical elements and a qualified staff to guarantee our clients, besides competitive price and the respect of the accorded deadlines, a complete service of information and checking until the end of the process and official approval of the moulds and pieces.
We certify the quality of our moulds and carry out preliminary production runs and dimensional analysis in the Moulds and Died Test Laboratory, situated in ASCAMM’ s Technologic Centre (Catalonian Special Tooling Association) of which our company is member.
We take in numerous areas like automotive, agriculture, medical/clinical, household, cosmetic, closures etc.....
Our recognized status in the world of mould construction both in Spain and in the rest of Europe is due to our know-how, the quality of our production, and the continuous integration of new techniques (CNC, CAD-CAM). In fact, avant-garde technologies are used in the technical department and in the machinery with help of our highly skilled staff.

Automotive: Engine-cover, Rocker-cover, Front cover, Spoiler, Grille, Air-filter, body cover filter etc.
Agriculture: Crates /boxes for fruits, vegetables, fish etc.
Medical/clinical/laboratory: measure cup/glass, syringes, dialysis cartridge etc.
Electronic/electricity: Household appliances: handles, cornice etc.
Caps/closures: caps automatic unscrewed, caps with binding closed automatically in the mold, with or without coil.
