Engine shield production for automotive industry
DescriptionThe product, which is a car engine shield, produced from 3mm normal steel. This material is strong enough to resist the mechanical damage during the car usage. In this case the machining of the part is more difficult than normally as the lasercut plate undergoes an edge bending process of 8-10 steps.

Sheet metal parts for the rail industry
DescriptionThe 3mm stainless steel parts had to be manufactured with a very small tolerance (folded dimensions had to bewithin ±0,2mm) and similarly strict shape and position accuracy. The 3mm sheet metal parts are manufactured from 1.4301 raw material, with lasercutting and edge bending.
