Who we are
Metal-Serwis Sp. z o.o. is a Polish contract manufacturer of welded assemblies, steel structures and metal components, based in Pomerania near Gdańsk. We have more than 30 years of experience in metalworking. We started with power-grid equipment and general fabrication; today we are an established supplier of marine equipment and fittings, exporting to Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Norway, South Africa and Mexico. Our second production plant in Godętowo specialises in stainless steel and aluminium processing. QUALITY • EN 1090-1 Factory Production Control, execution class EXC2 (TÜV Rheinland) • EN ISO 3834-2 – comprehensive quality requirements for fusion welding (TÜV Rheinland) • ISO 9001:2015 (TÜV Rheinland) • DNV Welding Workshop Approval – hull equipment, machinery components, steel structures Production is based on documentation prepared by our own technologists, under an integrated quality management system with computer-aided production planning and monitoring. TYPICAL PARTS Welded frames and machine components, marine equipment (hatches, fittings), drums, rolled shells and pipes, laser-cut and bent sheet-metal parts, turned and milled parts – from single pieces to repeat series. MACHINE PARK (selection) • 7 laser cutting machines (Eagle eVision 2040 10 kW, Eagle eVision 1530 6 kW, 5× Mazak Super Turbo) – sheets up to 4000 × 2000 mm, steel up to 30 mm • 3 OMAX waterjets – sheets up to 4000 × 2000 mm, up to 200 mm thick • Stigal PRO Master3D plasma / oxy-fuel cutting – 2100 × 6390 mm; plasma: steel up to 40 mm, stainless up to 30 mm; oxy-fuel up to 300 mm • Press brakes: Vimercati 240 t (4000 mm), Durma 220 t (3000 mm), HBP 160 t (3000 mm), EHT 800 t (up to 20 mm over 2500 mm); HACO guillotine shear (up to 3 mm) • Wagner plate rolling machine – plates up to 3000 mm wide and 20 mm thick, diameters Ø600–Ø2500 mm • CNC milling: FMB (X 6500 mm), Doosan DNM 750L II, HAAS VF-7, HAAS VF-2SS • Turning: Cincinnati vertical lathe up to Ø1800 mm; CNC lathes up to 3000 mm length • Band saws AMADA, KASTO – cross-section up to 500 × 460 mm; drilling up to Ø70 mm, threads up to M36 Send your drawings to biuro@metal-serwis.pl.
