Who we are
METALBOX has been operating successfully on the Croatian and German market since 2011. Currently we employ 22 people, including turners, professional locksmiths, certified welders, Technologists, mechanical engineers, designers and welding coordinators. The professional skills of our employees have two basic groups of ours Services defined: 1. Standard locksmith constructions with 2D / 3D construction and design: • Balcony, courtyard and stair railings made of steel, stainless steel, glass or forged Elements • Round, semicircular and flat steel stairs with one or more arms • Arched, self-supporting or free-standing canopies in a combination of metal / glass / Polycarbonate • Steel halls complete from documentation to production and assembly as well Assembly of sandwich panels • Steel structures such as roofs, platforms, fire stairs • Steel support girders for the renovation of dilapidated or earthquake-prone buildings 2.Construction and design of locksmith structures and devices with increased Precision Requirements: • Subframes (chassis) for fire engines • Aluminum upgrades for fire engines • Automated tape and wire unwinder • Car axles for rail vehicles In addition to the highly qualified employees, we have our own fleet of machines and vehicles, Welding machines for MIG / MAG and TIG processes as well as 2D and 3D software tools. About it In addition, many professional relationships have been established with certified partners for fire and fire fighting Cold galvanizing, sandblasting, shot peening and the delivery of high quality coatings in long-term cooperation. Our company is certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 3834-2. We are open to all kinds of inquiries from the product groups we offer and look forward to a long-term cooperation and partnership.
