Who we are
The METALLFORM Wächter GmbH is a dynamic, privately owned company in the field of wire and sheet metal processing. Made of stainless steel wire we develop and manufacture cleaning containers. We offer our customers expert advice, an extensive standard range in standard sizes from stock and custom tools for cleaning baskets and hordes and workpiece carriers and cargo transport systems. In the area of sheet metal production, we produce components and assemblies such as laser, bending and welding parts stainless steel sheet. Our customers come from the plant construction, electronics industry, HVAC, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, clean room, cleaning and packaging technology as well as many other sectors. Our strengths lie in our own design and development, production and logistics, which we gladly take over for our customers. Is manufactured in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. For you, this means consistent high quality, price stability and on-time delivery - regardless of whether you need a small, medium or large quantities.We are a Quality welding to DIN / EN 729-2 and a specialist for stainless steel and Incoloy-processing according to § 19 I WHG. Stainless steel is our specialty. For years, we develop and produce for our clients from various industries almost "everything" made of stainless steel. Depending on requirements, the surfaces are sanded, stained, wet glass bead blasted or electropolished. For extreme conditions use high quality materials such as Incoloy, Duplex or other high alloy materials are used. Often find plastic parts made of Teflon and POM or plastic coatings from HALAR, Rilsan, and the like use. Production of high quality components and assemblies made of stainless steel sheet (laser, bending, welding parts) surface treatment (pickling, grinding, wet glass bead blasting).
