Located in the Metrolpolregion Stuttgart, we develop and manufacture for decades a wide range of industrially manufactured products of wire, tube and sheet metal. You will receive individual and customized solutions. From the first conceptual step to delivery, we support with our expert staff. Bent wire parts and technical articles Since 1963, we present ourselves as a modern and competent manufacturer of high quality products made of wire The wire parts are manufactured exactly according to customer's drawings, also in combination with pipe and sheet metal. • Quick and inexpensive, we produce your parts from 2mm to 10mm diameter • made of steel (ST37) or stainless steel (1.4301) • on CNC 3D or 2D bending machines. Our decades of know-how in the wire processing, as well as our own tool and fixture supports fast batch production of your parts. For further processing of your parts, we offer a wide variety of surfaces: • plastic coated • galvanized / plated • Nickel-plated • electrolytically polished • blasted If you wish, our quality control checks, and documents your wire parts up to 100%. We will pack according to your requirements and deliver on time to the required delivery date. Send us your data in formats DXF, DWG or in other 3-D formats (eg SolidWorks, Solid Edge, Catia, Pro-E, etc.).
