About Mey + Andres GmbH

Who we are

The company Mey & Andres GmbH in Bremen area one of the largest middle-wage manufacturing company that has specialized since its foundation in 1984 in the areas of complex CNC machining and construction of the device. We have a modern equipped machine tools and equipment fleet 5-axis CNC and conventional machining area. Our product depth covers series to sophisticated single-part production. The 5,500 m² base area of the production halls spread 42 machining centers in the areas of work drilling turning and milling technology. Well-trained workers have the necessary "know-how" to meet the high quality requirements of our customers. Steel processing The steel processing is one of our specialties. From blank to finished product, it put our strengths. Up to a length of 4000 mm we can process steel parts. On our 5-axis machines, the processing is fast and inexpensive, which of course benefits the customer. For us it is important that the customer is satisfied with our supplied parts so that customer-supplier relationship is true. Whether individual parts, small series or larger quantities, with our extensive range of machinery, which leaves nothing to be desired production, we can satisfy every customer. Stainless steel machining Stainless steel is a generic term for those types of steel were melted in a special procedure (secondary metallurgy) have high degree of purity and respond uniformly to the intended heat treatment. After the chemical composition is between mild (steel group numbers 10-18) and alloy (steel group numbers 20-89) to distinguish stainless steel (DIN EN 10 020). In accordance with its intended use are divided into civil, mechanical, container, tool, quick labor, bearing steels.Or they are characterized by their properties: chemical resistant, rust-proof, heat-resistant, high temperature resistant, weldable steels, steels with special physical or magnetic properties or specific yield. Aluminum machining A light metal, which is the most common metal used in addition to tinplate. Aluminum is a recyclable friendly packaging material, the collection and recycling rates have risen through the work of the dual system. Very frequently there is aluminum in compounds with other packaging materials. With the eddy current separation to aluminum-containing material can now be easily separated from the rest of used sales packaging. Aluminium can be recycled any number of times and with virtually no loss of quality. For melting of aluminum is up to 95 percent less energy than for the primary production. Turning Among the common on lathes grips, such as two-three-and four-jaw chuck, chuck jaws, face plates, including rotating devices for special purposes.A variety of products can be produced on our machines, so no specific requests regarding the processing remain open. Various products are in our production range, which are used across all industries. The customer gets from our company precisely manufactured and delivered the product, which corresponds to its requirements and demands. Assembly Assembly is a manufacturing area in which our company can meet the complex needs of customers. The customer gets complete assemblies, where he can be sure that the quality is right. This is just a small selection of complex assemblies that we manufacture for various clients. Of course, we are always willing to devote ourselves to your ne...
