Company description

No limits Powder metallurgy offers practically unlimited possibilities in terms of form and specific caracteristics. In most cases, parts are ready to be installed right after the sintering process. However, they can undergo secondary operations without any problem. Heavy metal components – our specialty since 1949 The sintering technique is ideally suited for heavy metal parts, hardly feasable by any other conventional procedure. To this end, we use our special alloy RECONIT®. PorS® filtering elements made of bronze For bronze filtering elements made of (Sint AF50), we use powder with spherical particles. The powder is poured into special moulds and sintered. The filters are exactly adapted to meet specific requirements regarding filtering and flow-through characteristics by means of varying wall thickness and grain size. PorS® filtering elements made of chrome-nickel steel For stainless chrome-nickel steel (Sint AF40) filtering elements,we use powder with sputtered particles of irregular shape, compacted and then sintered. The filters are exactly adapted to meet specific requirements regarding filtering and flow characteristics by means of varying wall thickness and grain size. PorSilent® silencers – a quality concept Our PorSilent® high quality silencers are successfully used worldwide. Our customers appreciate the important choice and the top quality of these products.
