Who we are

Micromec is a precision mechanics company: we work on complex components and assemblies on behalf of third parties, specializing in small series with extremely high quality, complying with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certifications and adhering to the ISO 2768-fH standard. We do not only perform machining, but we also assemble and test assemblies and sub-assemblies, issuing a certificate and tracking every component in SAP up to the serial number. Our strength lies in micrometric precision: we handle tolerances up to IT5 level in shaft-hole fits. Internally, we have 5-axis machining centers, lathes, grinders, and lapping machines, while for heat treatments and surface treatments we rely on a network of highly qualified external suppliers with decades-long collaborations, thus ensuring a complete and coordinated cycle. A distinctive service is the ability to recreate from scratch a broken part, even a unique specimen, starting from the damaged component as a sample, thanks to an internal technical office equipped with CAD, CAM, and simulations, typically requested in sectors such as the helicopter industry.
