Who we are
When welding processes, our company offers the manual metal arc welding processes (111), metal active gas welding (135) as partially or fully mechanical process and tungsten inert gas (141) at. Processed materials are steels of material group 1.1, 1.2, 1.4, especially non-alloy structural steels according to DIN EN 10025, ie from S235JR S355JR up. Also aluminum structures can be produced. The processed metal thicknesses range from 3 - 50mm. The cutting of sheets or profiles mechanically (saw cut, hydraulic and manual scissors), thermal (oxy-fuel cutting) as well as subcontractors optically possible (by laser). Before welding processing of sheet metal they can be Transformed cold (edges, rolling). Lifting devices (2 x 8t, 10x1t / 0.5 t) in the form of cranes are available. Deformation of welded components can be compensated with the process autogenous flame straightening. The working areas of the metal glasses with the general steel construction with approval for crane rails and steel structures as well as the production of traffic signs bridges according to ZTV-ING part is prescribed 9, paragraph 1.
