Using the latest technology, we can promptly model complex Function models, parts and molds for you to produce. We manufacture in the laser sintering process prototypes made of plastic (PA), flexible material (rubber-like, 50-85 Shore A) and metal (similar to ST-70) for Applications: Automotive - Electrical-Electronics - Home Appliances - Packaging Technology-Food Industry - Sanitary engineering - Connection technology - kitchen equipment, etc. The vacuum casting process is used to manufacture sophisticated prototypes made of plastic with a high degree of fidelity. Within a short time you are high-quality, true to the original prototypes. They reach a high cost savings over the traditional form of production from steel tools. The monitoring of work processes by microprocessors ensure optimum casting quality and ensure flawless results. Depending on Vakuumgießwerkstoff and complexity of the shape, up to 30 parts are made from a mold. This has a Vorseriencharakter and saves costs.
