Who we are
MOBILINTER Kft. is a 100% Hungarian-owned company, founded in 1991, specializing primarily in the production of small- and medium-series metal and plastic components. The company’s key strengths include flexibility in meeting customer-specific requirements, precise workmanship, creative thinking, and a strong commitment to continuous development. In addition, MOBILINTER has extensive experience in the production and assembly of complex products made from mixed materials — such as metal, glass, and plastic — particularly in the lighting industry. The company’s growth has accelerated significantly in recent years. After entering the automotive supply sector in 2004, MOBILINTER began a phase of major machine investments. In 2020, another important development step followed with the acquisition of new machines and the expansion of its skilled workforce. In 2021, the company purchased a 10,000 m² site in Szombathely, and later expanded its production capacity further through leased facilities. In 2023, MOBILINTER integrated a smaller German subcontracting company, and in 2024–2025 it took over the former lighting manufacturing division of Helios Kft. As a result, the company grew to 65 employees and now also operates its own powder coating facility. The machine park clearly shows that MOBILINTER is equipped not only for general machining tasks, but also for complex, high-precision manufacturing processes involving multiple technologies. In the turning area, the company operates 3 NCT TNL 130 CNC lathes, one Spinner TC800 MSY, several Jinnfa turning centers and Swiss-type turning machines, as well as NCT TCS 2500 and NCT RY42 machines with driven tools. Some of these machines are equipped with C- and Y-axes and 3-meter bar feeders, enabling efficient and automated production of more complex parts. In addition, the machine park includes 4 EMAG VL3 vertical turning centers, 3 CTV250, and 2 Index V200 vertical turning centers, providing substantial turning capacity. The milling capacity is also strong. The company operates NCT EmB 1020, NCT MM760, an NCT MXS650 5-axis milling machine, and an NCT Kafo SV-1000 machining center. These are complemented by a Quaser HX505 horizontal machining center with pallet system, which is especially efficient for serial production and more demanding machining tasks. This indicates that MOBILINTER is capable not only of conventional milling operations, but also of complex multi-axis machining. The company also has a solid background in fine machining and finishing operations. According to the presentation, the equipment includes a Paragon GA-3570 CNC external/internal grinding machine, a Voumard internal grinding machine, a WMW SI6/2 VEB CNC internal grinding machine, and an Okamoto surface grinding machine. In addition, the machine park includes a UPW 25-ton thread rolling machine, several band saws, and multiple conventional lathes. Quality control is supported by an Aberlink Axiom H600 3D CNC coordinate measuring machine, while design and production preparation are handled with SolidWorks 2022 CAD and SolidCAM 2.5D. This demonstrates that MOBILINTER has a reliable technical background not only in manufacturing, but also in measurement, quality assurance, and engineering preparation. Based on its machine park and broad service portfolio, MOBILINTER positions itself not merely as a parts manufacturer, but as a comprehensive manufacturing partner. In addition to machining, the company offers surface treatment services such as zinc plating, phosphating, GEOMET, Delta-Protekt, and powder coating. It also provides heat treatment services including nitriding, quenching and tempering, case hardening, and induction hardening, as well as grinding, welding, assembly, product development, packaging, warehousing, and logistics. As a result, MOBILINTER is capable of delivering fully finished, market-ready products, which is a major advantage for customers in the automotive, agricultural, food-processing, and general machinery sectors.
