Who we are
The Model and mold mainly produces molds and accessories for the glass industry. Production program includes: * Blow Molding * Compression molding * Bulk forms * Draw shapes * Forms for your special need for manual and machine glass production * According to relevant drawings and spare parts for machines are manufactured. In my model and foundry models in wood and plastic are manufactured. These are used to Gußstückherstellung for glass molding or machine parts. The own model ensures a quick and easy purchasing of castings. In the mechanical workshops, the machining of the castings and forgings done. We mainly make molds manufactures gray cast iron, aluminum, chromium, nickel and carbon. The Model and mold has a very extensive mechanical processing option: Turning CNC and conventional Milling CNC and conventional Surface Grinding CNC and conventional A CAD work station offers the possibility to design and produce outlines corresponding programs.Also the digitizing (scanning) of existing models or glass parts in 3D and their processing on the CAD is - computer possible. This ensures independence, permanent influence on the production and also ensures the shortest delivery time.
