Who we are
Modern Forms is a Polish manufacturing company specializing in the design and production of medals, trophies, statuettes, promotional products, visual identity elements and customized decorative components. We have our own production facilities and experience in serial production, personalization, surface finishing and final assembly. Our current production combines various technologies, including metal processing, laser cutting and engraving, UV printing, marking, satin finishing, deburring, assembly and packaging. We work with different materials such as metal, wood, acrylic, plastics and composite materials, which allows us to manufacture both standard and customized products according to customer requirements. Modern Forms is ISO certified, which supports our focus on quality, repeatability, process control and continuous improvement. We pay particular attention to reliable production, on-time delivery and stable cooperation with business customers. In addition to our current product range, we are looking to expand our activity into the production of semi-finished products and industrial components. We are especially interested in cooperation in the areas of laser cutting, powder coating, sheet metal processing, surface finishing, marking and assembly of components. Our goal is to become a flexible manufacturing partner for companies looking for reliable production support, short and medium series, customized components and high-quality finishing services.
