The MÖHLING GmbH & Co. KG is a medium-sized, metal manufacturing company with over 160 years of success story. As a specialist in cold forming, we provide our customers with customized solutions in fasteners. We manufacture cold forged parts made of round and shaped wires - such as screws, bolts, rivets, etc. for all levels Anwendungsbreiche as window construction, automotive, mechanical engineering, etc. For the production of your products made of steel, non-ferrous metals and special alloys are available via 250 cold upsetting presses with up to 6 forming stages in wire diameter range of less than 1mm to 30mm available. A Comprehensive further processing to over 200 machines makes bolts or moldings real special parts. As required, the cold heading blanks can be rotated, rolled, drilled, milled or ground. If necessary, we build special machines for special operations. Heat treatments and surface coatings can be carried out by our certified partners according to your specifications. In our daughter works "machine technology Pretzschendorf" we manufacture on CNC milling machining centers, conventional milling and drilling machines, surface and cylindrical grinding machines, machines for notching nail manufacturing, machines for tubular rivets production and mass finishing equipment for cleaning and polishing. In our factory in Haan is the production "deep drawing and punching" at home. On operating vertically eccentric and toggle presses we manufacture with a max. Table length of 1300mm and 130kN compression force. Maximum material thickness 1.5 mm. Punching maximum material thickness 4.0 mm.
