MOLINATI ORLANDO S.R.L. can offer its customers the right technical solution thanks to a wide range of ground precision gear racks: - standard gear racks - gear racks according to customers' drawing - special gear racks The gear racks by MOLINATI ORLANDO SRL are available in several materials and models – with straight or helical teeth ranging from module 0,50 to module 22 – in different lengths up to 3000 mm and accuracy classes between Q6 and Q11. A wide choice of materials is also available among which MOLINATI ORLANDO SRL can provide construction steels, aluminium, plastic, nylon and further different materials according to customers' request. Several options for treatments are also available like induction hardening, case-hardening or nitriding. Upon request, we can also provide self-lubricating treatments, which reduce friction, or others which protect from oxidation. All manufacturing and control processes are performed internally at the company's production sites according to specific standards and procedures. The whole production and inspection process for each precision gear rack is tracked to certify maximum quality to our customers according to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
