Who we are
Your ideal partner for CNC processing in the automotive industry and other industries Motor Classic has extensive experience in manufacturing automotive parts. Our strengths include not only 5-axis simultaneous processing and the production of complex components, but also the production of workpieces with high precision and critical surface roughness. Simultaneous, multi-axis high-tech machines Our machinery offers maximum precision and speed. Our machines with different kinematics cover the production of most types of components. With our mobile laser scanner, we can check the workpiece even during CNC processing. To achieve low cycle times, we use high-speed cutting tools (HSC). Our measurements are carried out in an air-conditioned measuring room, where our highly qualified measurement technicians continuously check the components throughout the entire manufacturing process. Our machinery includes high-tech tools and equipment of the highest quality. Turnkey CNC solutions Our expertise ranges from material procurement to measurements to final delivery. When manufacturing complex components, we use heat treatment and coating to ensure the highest quality, regardless of the base material. We take care of the entire coordination, from ordering materials to delivery to the customer. Our machines are supported by robots, which enable automated series production. Our plant has excellent expertise in reconstructing and reverse-engineering workpieces, even without available technical documentation. We adapt flexibly to new manufacturing technologies that meet the latest trends.
