Who we are

MP srl was founded in 1988 by the Mio family of Roveredo in Piano (PN), a family that has been working in the metal-working field since 1977. The referring markets are for 30% in Italy; and the other 70% is divided among Germany, Austria, Bulgary and Poland. The multi-year experience of the company and the competence of our human resources allow us to offer our Clients an effective and efficient service of technical consultancy for the solution of problems which may arise through the use of the product and of the configuration of the productive process. Products and Services Service Offered: The forming and other type of processes listed below; The projecting and the constructing of the moulds carried out by external partners. -Fineblanking / pressing -Punching / pressing (Out-of-tool) -Deep-drawing -Plate rolling / bending -Spinning Materials: Iron and non-iron metals with a thickness that goes from 0.3 mm to 6 mm Treatments: Galvanizing, varnishing, cataphoresis, anodizating, chrome plating, printing. Certifications: SQ ISO9001 since 17th September 2001 The establishment and the Machinery Fleet • MP is the owner of an area of buildings with a surface measuring 5500 sq. mt. on a total of a land which measures about 9000 sq. mt. About 50% of its logistic potential is in use at the moment. • Equipment: Mechanical pressing from 30 to 315 tons, equipment for the drilling and the threading, saws and machinery such as mill cutter, corrector, grinder and turney, which allow to carry out with high and ready performance the small maintenance and repairing of the moulds and equipment.
