Who we are
For the production of your plastic parts, Mues Products & Moulds GmbH uses the compact injection moulding process employing multi-component or gas-assisted moulding technology. The injection moulding machines used have a clamping force of 125 to 850 metric tons. A pad printing system is integrated into the injection moulding process to efficiently produce printed parts. Your gas-assisted moulded parts are manufactured smoothly and efficiently thanks to the company’s own gas extraction plant. We also have a wide range of welding and bonding systems available for the production of your parts. Have your moulds tested for series production or have your prototype parts injection moulded. We have many years of experience in the production of high-quality parts for car interiors. We also specialise in functional parts for engines and engine compartment design parts. The 3D coordinate measuring machine can determine the data of any object you wish. We document initial sampling reports and also proof of process capability certificates.
