Who we are

Do you have components with a length or diameter of 1200 millimeters and a mass of three tons? No problem, we process workpieces up to 1000 x 1200 x 800 millimeters (width x height or diameter x depth) and a mass of up to three thousand kilograms on our CNC-controlled manufacturing machines. Our high-quality machinery allows complex components to be manufactured with the highest precision, even with unusual dimensions. It doesn't matter whether they are rotationally symmetrical turned parts or cubic workpieces. In both cases, the highest level of reproducibility and accuracy is guaranteed. For machining, we rely on ultra-modern and sturdy machining centers made in Germany; experts will be familiar with the Alzmetall brand. The outstanding features of five-axis simultaneous operation make these manufacturing centers guarantee unmistakable quality and speed. In doing so, we not only machine simple structural steels, but also materials that are sometimes feared because they are difficult to process.
