Who we are
Whenever it comes to stamping parts, we are the right partner for you. Because as soon as it revolves around precise punching and nipple-shaped parts made of steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum or zinc that you want to know implemented according to your ideas, sketches, plans or patterns, we develop compelling concepts to convincingly affordable prices for you. If your designs have drawn and designed by CAD, we of course work according to your template. In our steel is stamped to a thickness of 6 mm and stainless steel up to 4mm easily. The manufacture of perforated sheets with round, square or rectangular shape is also a feature of our company. With our controlled sheet metal working machines we can cut, deform and cut aluminum, stainless steel and steel - depending on the required precision in individual production and batch production. Using a highly computerized cutting machines we also can manufacture cylindrical shapes. We manufacture the complete Abkantungsarbeiten with stainless steel, steel, copper, zinc, or aluminum on our ultra-modern press brake (hydraulic press brake) and sheet metal bender. At our powerful machines we produce for you also, inter alia, facade elements, panels, housing and sight protection. We have extensive knowledge in stainless steel processing: production of stainless steel components for large kitchens, balconies and banisters, window frames, window sills and entrance portals. For durable facade cladding as screens and architectural decorative element we provide further stainless steel facade elements in the wave design, with trapezoidal profile, also with very individual profiles according to your own ideas.
