About NeSt GmbH
Who we are
Design, manufacture and assembly of machine covers, complete assemblies and special constructions - these are the strengths of NeSt GmbH. According to the individual wishes and ideas of the customers, the range of services extends from design studies to the creation of construction and manufacturing drawings with modern 3D CAD technology to the delivery and assembly of the finished products. Steel sheet is essentially processed right up to the finish of the surface. In Herbrechtingen near Heidenheim an der Brenz, where the company is based, work is carried out with traditional Swabian precision, but still with the most modern application methods. In close coordination with the customers, the technicians use state-of-the-art software to design tailor-made solutions based on ergonomic and economic requirements. Constant quality monitoring takes on a dominant function. The company was already certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 in 1996. In May 2003, the process-oriented management system 9001: 2000 was successfully introduced at NeSt.In May 2009 we were certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008. Due to the constantly increasing demands on the quality management system, we have taken the necessary steps to the next level for our customers and all institutions involved in the system. In May 2018 we were successfully certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015. In order to meet the constant demands and to demonstrate quality awareness in a sustainable manner, NeSt GmbH was again certified in September 2015. By issuing DIN EN ISO 3834-3, the company now also fulfills the welding requirements within the framework of quality monitoring and the resulting certification. As a metal processing company in the field of sheet metal construction, it goes without saying that we are a certified specialist company according to WHG.
