Who we are

The company was founded in 2024 through the merger of two entities, each with ten years of experience in the mold construction and plastic molding sector. New Tech Solutions immediately specialized in the design and construction of injection molds for plastics and in the injection molding of technical plastic parts, with particular attention to co-molding and assembly. Thanks to ISO 9001 certification, New Tech Solutions is also able to offer an excellent quality control service, essential for ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Thanks to its highly qualified staff, its 14 injection molding machines (including one Babyplast machine and 13 machines with capacities ranging from 70 to 210 tons), and its mold workshop equipped with high-speed machining centers – including 3- and 5-axis milling machines, wire and sinker EDM machines, as well as lathes, drills, and grinders – New Tech Solutions is able to offer the customer a complete service, professionally guiding them from the initial idea to the finished product. DESIGN, MOLD CONSTRUCTION AND TESTING New Tech Solutions specializes in the design and construction of medium to small molds, up to 40 quintals, with a machine park capable of producing molds for plastic-plastic and plastic-rubber two-component molding. The available technology also allows for the production of co-molding molds, designed to accommodate metal inserts within the molding cavity and allow the thermoplastic material to mold around them. Established collaborations with specialized partners over time also enable the company to offer customers mold testing for Zamak and aluminum molds, while New Tech Solutions handles plastic material molds internally. This ensures verification of the product's exact conformity with the client's requirements. To offer the customer a complete service, in addition to mold construction, New Tech Solutions is also capable of handling plastic injection molding for the production of products made from various plastic materials, depending on the additive load, such as nylon, ABS, polystyrene, polyethylene, and polyurethane TPU.
