Who we are
The company Norbert Sapp is a medium-sized company with about 30 employees and is currently in its 3rd Generation of a family business. In addition to configuring systems for surface treatment (pre-treatment equipment, dryers, conveyors) is the "2.Standbein" the company steel construction, steel and welding constructions, general sheet metal processing and manufacturing of machine frames and housings. These are produced both by customers drawings also constructed 4 CAD work to customer specification and manufactured inexpensively. Our Performance: cutting up to 12 mm thickness and 4000 mm length CNC - folding up to 4000 mm length and 300 tons CNC - Fine beam plasma cutting up to 6000 x 2000 x 15 mm CNC - oxy-fuel cutting up to 6000 x 2000 x 200 mm CNC - Punching 3000 x 1500 mm Turn Around 3000 x 6 mm procedure test all common welding processes specialist authorization according to § 19 WHG with monitoring contract with the TÜV-Nord Small Verification of suitability in accordance with DIN 18800 Our product range: steel construction welded constructions of all kinds of steel, stainless steel and aluminum piece weights up to 15 tons CNC stamping parts Complete assemblies including mech. Processing machine frames and housings General sheet metal processing, profiles, flashings Surface-coated components assembly work
