Who we are
In our workshop, we manufacture fine cutting tools since 1985. Our affordable products of excellent quality can be used for each type of material you want to process. We also undertake repairs to existing tools. Our expertise enables us to meet even the most specific requirements for special cutting tools which are not commercially available, allowing you to save time and money. In our workshop, you will find all kinds of machining constructions as well as grinding surfaces and cylindrical. With over 30 years of experience, we continue to innovate in manufacturing and shaping of cutting tools. Following up step by step the technological evolution, we have four AKIRA SEIKI vertical machining centres -a five-axis (4 + 1) and three three-axis, as well as a three-axis CNC lathe. We use CAM/CAD NX UNIGRAPHICS SIEMENS to design and program. For the quality control, we use a CMM of Tesa. The combination of technological knowledge and modern equipment allows us to meet the needs for quality products and reasonable costs, both in cutting tools manufacture and general machining. We use high quality materials accompanied with all the necessary certificates, whenever needed.
