Your Tool GmbH As a provider of high-quality and high-precision manufacturing technologies, we not only attach importance to offering a broad and deep portfolio, but also to optimally design efficient and sustainable manufacturing processes using our many years of know-how. In keeping with our philosophy, we attach great importance to maintaining long-term and sustainable partnerships. With trust and reliability to stable added value. Our new production site equipped with high-precision machining centers enables us to define new benchmarks in the highest product quality and quality standards. We manufacture prototypes, series or devices for you, from construction to completion, entirely according to your ideas. We have set ourselves the goal of becoming the market leader for embossing tools for the production of bipolar plates. Together with our customers, we develop and improve tools for bipolar plates to perfection. We manufacture complex 3D contours for tool and mold construction, from hard metals or ceramics between 900 and 2200 HV. The latest developments in the field of micro-erosion create undreamt-of perspectives and versatile possibilities for the production of 3D mold inserts. Thanks to our 5-axis precision cylindrical grinding centers, we are able to process workpieces within a grinding range of DM 0.025mm to 25mm with a grinding length of max. 330mm.
